Purpose and scope
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits work for paid offerings from Organicrrcleanor, including individual consulting sessions, group programs, challenges, and downloadable educational materials sold through the website or linked checkout flows.
Specific promotions may add conditions; where a written offer or checkout page conflicts with this Policy, the more specific document controls for that offer. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit non-waivable statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
What we optimize for

What we cannot refund
Third-party fees we already remitted, or services fully delivered as agreed, except where law requires otherwise.
Consulting and guidance sessions
When you book a paid session, you reserve a slot on our calendar. If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time, you may request a full refund of that session’s fee or reschedule once without a change fee, subject to availability.
Cancellations within forty-eight hours may be non-refundable because we may be unable to reassign the time. If we cancel or reschedule due to our unavailability, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment.
Package purchases that bundle multiple sessions are treated as a sequence of individual sessions for cancellation timing unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Programs, cohorts, and challenges
Group offerings include fixed start dates, shared materials, and sometimes capacity limits. If you withdraw before the published start date, you may request a refund of amounts paid minus any non-recoverable registration or platform fees we disclose at checkout.
After the program begins, partial refunds may be considered within seven calendar days if you demonstrate that you could not access core materials due to a technical failure on our side. Subjective dissatisfaction with content that matches the description on the site does not automatically qualify for a refund.
We may offer credits toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds where you agree in writing.
Digital educational products
Templates, guides, and similar downloads are generally non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or access has been granted, because digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical inventory.
We make exceptions when duplicate billing occurs, when you receive the wrong file due to our error, or when files are materially corrupted and we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time after you report the issue.
Payments, processing time, and currency
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Card networks and banks may take additional business days to post credits to your account. International transactions may incur conversion differences between purchase and refund.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in United States dollars. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Situations where refunds are typically limited
- Change of mind after delivery of services or digital access where the offering matched its description.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without timely cancellation.
- Violations of our Terms of Use that result in termination of access.
- Requests made after the windows described in this Policy, except where law prohibits such limits.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review transaction records and resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases until the dispute is settled.
How to submit a refund request
Send an email to touch@organicrrcleanor.world with your full name, order or invoice reference, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the refund category (cancellation, technical failure, duplicate charge, etc.). We acknowledge receipt within five business days and aim to decide within ten business days, though complex cases may require longer.
This Policy may be updated to reflect fee structures or partner rules. Continued purchases after the updated effective date constitute acceptance of the revised Policy for new transactions.
